Reyne's POV
His father was right. He is an angry young man who gets offended over a petty matter. I was staring at the messages we exchanged between each other last night under the melodious chirping of birds. I still can't believe he sent so many chats. Leave that, I still could not trust my luck that he even accepted my friend request.
When his father brought it to my notice that his son was out with his friends and girlfriend, I nearly had my heart shattering into pieces. I recently turned eighteen and shifted to a new place. It was a pure coincidence of our fates that I ultimately found him here. I was hoping for my mate to love me.
Look at my bad luck though, he has a girlfriend! My bad. I cried the whole night unless my wolf Meg explained to me the situation and all.
He must have had a girlfriend for a long time now while I just came here to his pack. I can't expect him to leave his girlfriend and take me in her place instead. That is true, we are made for each other; he would prefer her over me as she was his girlfriend anyway.
That being the case, I determined to visit his house, rather than crying, in his absence for a while or two and crawled out his phone number from his mother's phone while we worked in the kitchen on cookies. I also learned some basic info about how much he loved his sister and his angry young man behavior.
Mrs. Brown enlightened me with information about how moody he was, him being a bully, and a lot more than needed data that just sent a wave of shiver down my spine and gave me the willies. He is a heck of a dangerous creation born, hence I was required to take every step carefully.
For a moment I thought to approach him directly and tell him I was his mate and that I needed him. My wolfy instinct ceased me notwithstanding. He described as a furious wolf, I could not just go and see him, which is why I looked for his number and Facebook ID so I could send him a friend request and be friends with him on Facebook.
